Beanies for Kids

Knit World stores throughout New Zealand have been encouraging their customers to get behind KidsCan and knit beanies for the children that attend our partner schools. The response was amazing with over 15,000 beanies sent in to be passed on to financially disadvantaged Kiwi kids.

The schools that have received the beanies are all incredibly grateful to everyone who got behind the appeal and we pass their thanks on to all those who took the time to create a beanie.

The KidsCan team would like to say a huge 'Thank you' to all the Knit World stores around New Zealand and to everyone out there who got behind the cause to help us level the playing field for New Zealand children living in poverty.
