Check-out For KidsCan

Bayview Wairakei Resort & Bayview Chateau Tongariro are valued partners of the KidsCan Charitable Trust. Both properties provide support each year, donating accommodation packages for our events and campaigns.

They also support us in a number of other ways, including ‘Check-Out for KidsCan’ a new initiative which both properties are proudly behind. When you stay at Wairakei Resort or the Chateau you will be asked to add a $1 to your bill when checking out. This is a voluntary donation with all funds raised going to the ‘Food for Kids’ programme, providing children who are at risk of hunger with nutritious food to improve their learning potential.
