KidsCan GlowRun 2026 Event Rules

✨ KidsCan GlowRun Rules✨

Ready… Set… GLOW!

We’re coming together for a bright purpose — and a whole lot of fun. Let’s keep it safe, inclusive and glow-worthy for everyone:

Listen Up

Arrive 15 minutes before your wave for the Safety Briefing and Warm Up. Please follow instructions from our GlowRun crew and volunteers, Eden Park staff and security at all times.

Stay on Course

Stick to the marked route and stay inside barriers.
The Eden Park pitch is a no-go zone — accessing it may mean sitting out the rest of the fun.

Follow Venue Rules

All participants and spectators must follow Eden Park’s Conditions of Entry.

Keep Left, Glow Right

Keep left so others can pass safely on the right.

Dress Sensibly. Dress Bright. Dress to Impress.

This is an outdoor event. Suitable footwear is a must — no bare feet or bare torsos. Neon is encouraged

🌈

Feel Good to Glow

Make sure you’re well enough to take part. If you feel unwell, stop and let the GlowRun crew or a volunteer know — First Aid is onsite. If you see someone who needs help, shine your light and alert the GlowRun crew.

No pass, no glow!

Your GlowRun pass is your entry to the on-course Glow Zones through Eden Park  — it must stay visible at all times.

Leave the Headphones

Skip the earphones — our DJ has your GlowRun soundtrack covered!

Kids & Sidekicks

Children aged 12 and under completing the course must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult (every superhero needs a sidekick!). Participants aged 13 and over can go solo but must be supervised by a responsible adult when not on the course.

Spectators & Non-Runners

If you’ve purchased a spectator ticket, you won’t be able to access the GlowRun course — but we’d love to see you bringing the energy to the GlowRun Village and from the sidelines! Please stay in designated spectator areas and be mindful of runners and walkers on the course at all times.

No Wheels on the Course

For safety, no pushchairs, strollers, bikes, scooters, skateboards or other wheeled devices on the course. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are, of course, welcome.

No Alcohol or Drugs

KidsCan GlowRun is a family-friendly, alcohol-free and drug-free event. Please help us keep it safe and welcoming for all.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted (certified assistance dogs are welcome).

Shine Your Light

Bring the good vibes, be mindful of others and help us keep the KidsCan GlowRun fun, safe and full of bright energy.

Important KidsCan GlowRun Reminders

We’re here for a bright, inclusive night of movement and connection — help us keep it safe and glow-worthy for everyone:

  • Children aged 12 and under completing the course must be accompanied by a paying adult. Participants aged 13 and over can go solo but must be supervised by a responsible adult when not on the course.

  • Keep an eye on your little glow-getters — parents and guardians are responsible for supervising them at all times.

  • Take extra care on stairs and watch for uneven surfaces along the course.

  • If you feel unwell, stop straight away and let our GlowRun crew or a volunteer know — First Aid is onsite.

  • Follow instructions from our GlowRun crew, Eden Park staff and security at all times.

  • Stay on the marked course and stick to the outside of the pitch — the centre is a no-go zone.

  • This is a strictly alcohol- and drug-free event. Anyone carrying alcohol or drugs, or appearing intoxicated, may be asked to leave.

Most importantly — bring the good vibes and shine your light ✨

Leave These at Home

We’re here for bright energy, safe fun and a positive GlowRun vibe — so please don’t bring:

  • Bikes, scooters, skateboards or other wheeled devices (wheelchairs and medically required mobility aids are, of course, welcome).

  • Pushchairs or strollers onto the course (these can be checked in at GlowRun HQ).

  • Pets (certified assistance dogs are welcome).

  • Poles, flags or sharp objects.

  • Drones.

  • Alcohol or drugs — this is a family-friendly, alcohol- and drug-free event.
