KidsCan GlowRun is a family-friendly fun run or walk, open to all ages and abilities — it’s about bright energy, not personal bests.
Bringing little ones? Children aged 4 and under go free with a paying adult - no ticket or registration needed.
Children aged 12 and under completing the course must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Participants aged 13 and over can go solo but must be supervised by a responsible adult when not on the course.
Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted on the course (these can be checked in at GlowRun HQ).
Wheelchairs and medically required mobility aids are welcome.
