KidsCan believes that education is a child’s ticket out of poverty, and gives them the opportunity for a better future. But kids can’t learn when they are cold, wet and hungry.
The KidsCan Village is a special group of caring Kiwis who agree that all tamariki deserve a fair start in life. Their monthly donation helps to provide the essentials to kids affected by poverty so they can participate in learning.
The KidsCan Village is working together to create a better New Zealand for all children. Will you join us on this mission? Join The KidsCan Village today and support Kiwi kids in need.
Your monthly donations will help provide the essentials to a Kiwi kid in need.
As a member of The KidsCan Village, you'll receive regular email updates on the impact of your donations.
KidsCan’s work is not possible without the support of generous Kiwis. With your help, we can make New Zealand a better place for our tamariki.
“I work in a school and see with my own eyes the way our tamariki are feeling when they are hungry and cold. That’s why I support KidsCan: knowing I’m helping a child in need.” - member of The KidsCan Village
"KidsCan is important to me because I’m giving back and supporting kids to be able to concentrate better in school, have a better diet, and just give them some hope. You know? Just to give you some hope that there are adults out there that care if you’re hungry at school. And hope that maybe one day you can make something of yourself after you’ve left school. That’s it in a nutshell for me." – member of The KidsCan Village

Leaving a bequest to KidsCan is one of the most significant gifts you can make. It will help break the cycle of poverty and make New Zealand a better place for future generations of children.
Your gift can be a specific sum, a percentage of your estate or even a specific property or asset. How your gift is used is up to you. You may be happy for us to use your bequest where it’s needed most, or wish to choose a region that’s special to you.
To create or update your current Will, it’s best to seek assistance from your family solicitor or a trustee company, such as the Public Trust or Perpetual Guardian Trust. They’ll help you create a Will that reflects your wishes.
