Your school’s KidsCan Coordinator will have the same access as they did before. The biggest change is in the way you order food. When you get to the food ordering page, instead of ordering by box, you will now be ordering by Servings and Meal Moments (breakfast, lunch and snacks). First, choose your meal moment and then under servings choose how many children you will be serving per meal.

You will still receive food and other items from KidsCan in the same timeframe. You will still need to place your food order before the schools holidays and this order will be sent to you in the first two weeks of that term. 

You can access the new portal by following the link on KidsCan’s website, or save the link directly to your browser for easy access: https://order.kidscan.org.nz/login. 

You can reset your password using the Forgotten Password button located on the Portal Login screen. 

Yes, if you need to.

Yes. You you can change your school’s contact details through the Edit Profile button, after logging into the portal.

You can change your contact details for your school through the portal. To do so, select the Edit Profile button in the top right corner.

Portion/Servings Size is the amount of food that is a recommended serving of any given product. Serving Sizes are generic and not dependent on student age. Portion/ Servings sizes have been calculated through the nutritional guidelines on each product label.

You can leave the portal at any stage. Just make sure you hit the Save and Exit button at the bottom of the page before leaving. What you have ordered up to that point will be saved and you can resume when you are ready.

We will send you a confirmation email once you have submitted your order through the KidsCan portal. We will send you another email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
