Who can participate?

Children aged 12 and under completing the course must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Participants aged 13 and over can go solo but must be supervised by a responsible adult when not on the course.
Bringing little ones? Children aged 4 and under are free with a paying adult - no ticket or registration needed .
Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted on the course (these can be checked in at GlowRun HQ).
Wheelchairs and medically required mobility aids are welcome.
Not keen on the 2.5km run or walk? Grab a spectator ticket, enjoy the GlowRun Village vibes and bring the glow from the sidelines.
